A call for artists post had piqued my interest, and the moment I’d reviewed the applicant requirements I knew it would be a journey worth taking. This painting is an amalgamation of my experience in Austin Texas, and historic landmarks were a part of the requirements. The brilliant creative communities and colorful individuals that made them inspired the transmutation of personal experience into the visuals you see below.
